Although many brides have many different needs we say, Yes absolutely! Our purpose is to help ease the stress of our brides and to make your big day that much more special. We often find brides struggle enjoying their big day with no stress because they are the ones handling everything. That's where a wedding planner comes in to assist in the planning process, we assist in everything from timing everything just right to helping you figure out what to do when a disaster may strike. We also enjoy helping our brides budget when it comes down to it because we all love a good savings. We also help with knowing just who to contact and getting that communication going between vendors because it can be stressful trying to figure everything out between so many different vendors.

There are multiple different types of planners and options such as day off planning, Month of, 6 months of planning, and 1 year planning. So no matter what kind of help you're looking for, your wedding planner has you covered.
We come up with creative alternatives. As we mentioned earlier things happen and that's what wedding planners are for, we help ease the stress. When life happens and something isn’t coming out the way you planned, that's where we come to fix whatever is occurring.
You’ll get help with budgeting and scheduling! With your big day around the corner things can get expensive and many brides don’t know where to start or where to put their money without breaking the bank or being overcharged for a service. That’s where your wedding planner comes in to look into all of your options and sees which one best fits your needs and budget. We also help set your day of schedule so everything plays out smoothly and your hour to hour transition from ceremony to reception is as easy as possible.
So when should you hire a wedding planner?
It all depends on what services our brides are looking for from their wedding planner. We always recommend hiring your wedding planner as soon as possible. The 2022 year is filling up fast with weddings and we are planning for an even busier year for 2023 but let's start with a baseline idea.
For brides looking for a full process planner we recommend you book your planner 10-12 months in advance.
For brides looking for a partial planner we recommend anywhere from 3-6 months in advance.
Do you invite your wedding planner to your wedding?
Yes absolutely, Just as you would include your vendors on your guest list. It’s important your planner is there to be sure everything goes as you both planned. It also again relieves that stress on our brides the day of the wedding should anything take a turn.
Do I include a meal for my wedding planner at the reception?
Yes, just as you would for your vendors for their services, we work hard to keep your day going smoothly and after so many hours your vendors and planner do get hungry just as guests do. We do highly recommend adding your planner to the meal number.

Do wedding planners have pictures of weddings they have planned before?
Yes, wedding planners tend to have pictures to look back on for reference of what they do. It helps our brides better understand what service they are getting and if this wedding planner will fit their needs.
How many meetings should I expect to have with my wedding planner?
We recommend meeting with your planner once a month to be sure you're keeping up with what needs to be completed still on your list and that your planner is getting plenty of communication of what you’re wanting.

What do wedding planners wear when attending a ceremony, reception, or rehearsal?
Every wedding planner is different in how they dress for events but oftentimes you can find wedding planners in some sort of black attire. It is a formal and clean look for your planner on your big day especially since your planner may be there.

Overall wedding planners are your best friend! Whether you're wanting just a quick opinion or some direction or a friend to take the load off your plate we got you covered. It helps make your big day that much more enjoyable for you and a lot less stressful having an extra hand in to help ease those stressors.
